Super Grover to the Rescue

“When your readers want something, do not give it to them.” -- Bret Anthony Johnston in “What furry old Grover can teach us about plot.” (The Writer, December 2008)
In this article, the author suggests ways to keep the reader interested in a story using everybody's favorite blue muppet to illustrate his points. The idea is to create a problem for a character and have the resolution lead to another conflict, thus keeping the reader wondering what happens next.
